All orders are received and processed
during our operation hours: Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm
-Orders
are to be called or faxed in by 3pm the day before the delivery.
We would prefer to receive the orders by this time because after 3pm
is when the trucks are loaded.
-Any order made after 5pm on
a weekday will not be delivered until the next scheduled delivery
date.
-Orders made on the weekend (after 5pm on Friday or
before 8am on Monday) will not be able to be delivered until Tuesday.
Due to safety regulations, our cooler is locked on the weekends and
access is limited.
-We deliver to a radius of 150 miles from
our plant location in St. Petersburg; as far north as Ocala to the
East coast and as far south as Naples.
Our ice cream mix is pasteurized
using the HTST (High Temperature Short Time) process. We deliver
our product in corrugated boxes that hold two 2.5-gallon plastic bags
of mix. The mix should be kept at a consistent temperature
between 34-38 degrees.
